Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Sale Items: Refunds are not accepted for sale items unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt. Sale items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Email us on Info@sealionboards.com your order number and proof of purchase and reason for return with photos of the product.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Once submitted your return request will be reviewed by the team to see if this falls within the relevant return period.You will get an email approving or rejecting your return request.
- If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the return of any product, which must be unused and in original packaging. It must be returned via DPD to the address we provide you (in the UK). Any goods returned will be subject to a 5% handling fee.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
- Yes. The cost will depend on where you are shipping from - get a quote from DPD.
- When sending back the parcel, please remember to send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If you took advantage of promotion including free items (for example, a free dry bag with a paddleboard) then the free items must also be returned. If you fail to return your free gift you will be charged for the free items that you have received.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order.
- Clothing should be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with its labelling intact and attached still to the product.
- Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
All items are inspected before a refund is processed.
Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you.
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
REFUNDS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you if the return is approved or rejected
- If approved, then your refund or credit will be processed, in the case of a refund a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, with funds returned to you within 10 working days.
- Refunds can only be offered for items received back within 30 days after delivery, in a new (unused) condition with all labels still attached to the product.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time, if you want a different size, please return your unwanted item and place another order.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
